Color Science | Jewels & Lore

My profession is photographer and I love documenting special and significant moments in people’s lives, but I also really love being a mom and documenting those daily moments with my kids. This particular day my two little monkeys had been chanting that they wanted science projects, so I did my best to come up with some to engage them.  We ended up doing quite a bit of color science and play with water, food coloring, baking soda, vinegar and eye droppers.  They had a blast, but as easy as these little science projects were they are not easy when your working with a 3 year old and a 2 year old. It was a lot of work and not something we do everyday. But for the most part I try to play and learn with these two everyday.
