I love smoothies, but I struggle with finding new smoothie recipes. I’m allergic to bananas which pretty much every smoothie recipe ever calls for so I often have to get a little creative with what I put in my smoothies. I really really like this one, it’s creamy and smooth and banana free so my tummy loves it.
Peach Smoothie Recipe
Organic Ingredients: 1 cup sliced frozen peaches
1 cup greek yogurt
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup loosely packed spinach
Directions: 1. Place spinach leaves in blender first, then combine all remaining ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. 2. Pour into a glass and garnish with grated coconut and enjoy.
